All items sold on Hannahs Totes are processed under a pre-order / made-to-order fulfillment model.

This means:

  • Orders require a processing period before shipment
  • Shipping times may vary depending on demand and logistics

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the processing and delivery timelines provided at checkout.


2. Product Representation & Variance Disclaimer

We strive to present our products as accurately as possible through images, videos, and descriptions.

However:

  • Colors may appear differently due to lighting or screen settings
  • Minor variations in texture, stitching, or finish may occur
  • These differences are considered normal and do not qualify as defects

3. Return & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of our fulfillment model:

  • All sales are considered final once processing begins
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

    • Incorrect selection (e.g., style or color chosen by customer)
    • Minor cosmetic differences

Orders may only be canceled before processing has started.


4. 30-Day Replacement Guarantee

We offer a 30-day replacement guarantee (not refunds) under the following conditions:

  • Item Arrives Damaged or Defective
    (Major structural or functional issue)

5. How to Request a Replacement

To request a replacement, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your Order Number
  • Clear photo or video evidence of the issue

Once verified, we will:

  • Send a replacement at no additional cost

6. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


7. Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are only issued in limited situations, including:

  • Orders that cannot be fulfilled
  • Verified lost shipments with no successful delivery

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: up to 10 business days
  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund
